It's mind boggling how you have to break it down for some people.

Food delivery services add an extra $5 to each meal at minimum. So if a person does that, they spend an easy $20 on a $15 meal they could have made for $5. And then complain they're so broke. Go buy a loaf of bread and some lunch meat ffs.

I can make a gallon of veggie soup that’s better than any processed crap for about the same cost as like one serving of name brand stuff.

I can make an entire dinner that’s delicious and gives leftovers for the price of a fast food meal.

People are reatrded and fools are easily parted with their money.

I'm not going to knock home cooking or the money that can be saved, but like as an example I love hamburgers and some places like sonic make very good double cheese burgers for a good price, and doesn't require spending time doing prep or cooking.

When I make homemade burgers I probably don't save that much, and spend time shaping the patties, cutting the toppings, starting up the charcoal grill.

That’s when you learn how to cook larger amounts then freeze them for a later date. With that said, it’s ok to treat yourself to something out once or twice a month as long as you are able to pay your bills and shit.
