Yeah. Way back when I had to explain to an employee that the reason he was so broke all the time was because he ate a $15 sandwich EVERY shift and multiple sugar(coffee) drinks a day. He was flabbergasted to hear he spent more on lunch and coffee that year than his car was worth.

It's a fucking hard habit to quit.

I had this problem when I worked retail. Nobody had to tell me why I was broke, being a capitalist I knew it was because I was buying junk and energy drink at work every day. Still, hard habit to quit when you are surrounded by the stuff and have poor impulse control when it comes to snacks.

I feel you. While I'm still in shape the sugar products prey on our natural food impulses. Hard to deal with. I listen to Universal Man on youtube (he's semi low-key about being a conservative). He deals with porn addictions which is supprisingly similar to the way they pray onour natural food impulses.
