They don't need school. All they need is 6 hours a day to become talented enough at one thing so that they can take that one thing and do it for a living. Me for example, I play poker. You don't need a diploma to go to a cardroom. You don't need a degree to step foot in a casino. All you need is talent and the time necessary to become talented.
Teach your boy how to swing a baseball bat. Teach your girl how to dance or play guitar. Can confirm brother and myself homeschooled from 1st grade to middle school and got very minimal actual schooling besides some math and chemistry. Both of us ended up successful and school had very little to do with it except help with social skills. In other words, nothing that couldn’t be obtained through work and other methods.
Schools now are basically daycare with few exceptions. Even the “based” teachers I know are potheads who I wouldn’t trust with my kid.
