This has always been about prepping us for "climate lock downs".

The Dems and Jimmy Carter (Biden light) tried this garbage in the late 1970's with the FAKE gasoline crisis where even or odd licence plates were only allowed on roads certain days .

This is what they do in china today. Only certain people can drive on certain days based on their license plate number.
