I'm in the second most liberal county in NYS, and live on a very busy main road.
The past few years I had a big tree essentially touching the road with multiple Trump flags. One Trump MAGA flag, and a THIS IS MAGA COUNTRY flag, along with yard signs and more.
In the winter, I'd light it up at night with Christmas lights.
Got so much hatred, and also so much love. Tons of run ins. Vandalism. Harassment.
But I had many send me nice anonymous letters thanking me, and one person actually gave me a nice hand painted Trump sign to put up!
Had multiple people ring my doorbell to thank me.
Had a BLM cunt marching back and fourth in front of my house with a BLM flag haha.
second-most liberal NY county? Damn, where are you living, Monroe County? The only place in NY more liberal than Rochester is NYC! Come down to Livingston County, there's some pedes down by Conesus!

Haha you hit the nail on the head! Yes, much better there! If I don't end up there, it'll be a different state.
I never hated where I live until the past few years. Everything is going downhill. Nothing uphill.
I want to live in a state that values freedom. If I move, it'll be to a state that never took away anyone's freedoms at the start of Covid.
States like South Dakota never had mask mandates or smaller capacities. I visited last fourth of July, and it was soo nice to have all that freedom.
