Idk, I'd say while all races may be equal in that they have free choice, the cultures that they adopt produce widely varying outcomes. Poor/thug/street culture is a big problem, and it's heavily adopted by blacks. That's not to say blacks as a race are bad, but the widely adopted culture they have leads to shitty outcomes. There are whites with that same culture that have the same shitty outcomes. Doesn't mean whites or blacks as a race are bad, just that folks who pick that culture generally are.
