Grats, basically a 250 or 300 check sent out monthly to help you take care of the kid, that you decided to have.

And this quote sums it up: “It’s trying to put the largest benefit in the pockets of the lowest income families,” said Elaine Maag, principal research associate at the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center, of the credit.

Guess, I'll respond to what others post, to see where the discussion goes, as I'm always conflicted of the tax the rich, and hand out to a defined group of people.. As it seems like there is a thin line there that helping is needed, to this is getting ridiculous.
