If you skipped a court apparence for robbing some people and then the cops want to arrest you because there's a warrant out on you, you can not get shot with this one cool trick: Don't wrestle free, get in a car and try to drive away! Crazy, I know. But it works!
don't do drugs and don't have anyone in your car who does.
keep your registartion sticker, insurance card, license up to date.
even as a white guy, in my 20s i had many unpleasant experiences with police for not having my car related papers up to date.

when you get pulled over for speeding without realizing it be nice and calm in your speech
don't drink alchohol or visit bars. that way when the cop invariably asks the speeder "where are you coming from?" (yes they ask whitey that too, hommie) the answer is never "the bar."

I don't drive on a road over 45 without speeding, always on purpose.
If you don't realize you are speeding you are more of a danger than someone knowingly doing it, go get your eyes checked if you don't know you're speeding, you're liable to get pulled out of the car for intoxication if you don't know you're speeding.
I'll drink myself silly wherever I please, driving drunk has nothing to do with drinking, wherever you might do it, getting into a car in that state is the crime.
If you can't converse politely and honestly with police, even if you are guilty, then you likely can't in any other aspect of the rest of your life.
People who experience police violence deserve it, almost 100% of the time.

And that the sign advertizing the drop was grafitti'd over (probably by the cops themselves) so you can't see it makes you equivalent to a drunk apparently.

Let's amend this a bit. Don't resist unless you're willing to die for the cause of the moment, and if you make that choice, kill them fast.
