He wants the election mess fixed and he wants to usher in a legislature that will work with him. Without a cooperative legislature, he can't fire the criminals at our alphabet agencies or defund them.

I think if he sees that they also rig the mid terms i think hes just done. I would be too, knowing ballots and votes can flip in a touch of a button

He's keeping his options open. I think he hopes someone else will take the lead, but if they don't, he will step up for the good of the country (again). The guy is the ultimate patriot.
