The most powerful is often a single thought, and that is what a person has to be on guard for constantly. Viewing things from God's perspective will help one guard and actively seek to oppose those thoughts.
Then it will manifest in reality through actions. This happens with everyone, but some let those thoughts linger and even enjoy them.
