So what happened with his fraud case? Last I saw Barnes talking about it basically saying it was bullshit but that was months ago.
So are they still building the case on him ???

Last I heard, he was pardoned by Trump. There is talk that they may challenge the pardon, but they will lose. I think it's pretty much over unless a state charges him.
