I watched the whole thing. It only seemed that way because he was making leaps in logic with missing connections using strict definitions of force and restraint. A man with a shoulder injury could be in immense pain in the prone and cuffed position, but would not constitute an escalation or use of force. The suspect could easily be lying about such. The defense may have dropped the ball a bit by not defending such a hypothetical, but most intelligent people should be able to see through the prosecutions chain of reasoning
