After election, the bots weaned off but we lost a lot of the extremely mainstream crowd.
January 6 happened and the mods were threatened with total site shutdown unless they met with certain demands. Mods started moderating anyone who was trying to organize anything meaningful to counter the leftists/democrats and toed the line
Many right-wing people with families/lives left.
Now it's mostly the minority of extremely unhappy people who are left with remnants of what it was a year ago still around. Lots of intelligent people with the means are simply leaving the country or focusing on other issues because politics is effectively dead now.
