Of ALL the vaccines- J&J is by far the best. It makes sense the deep state would want to get rid of the one that does not have the mRNA - so they can push the bad one! Now J&J is on hold, all those vaccine hungry fools will rush to get whatever they can. Not saying ANY vaccine is good per se, just that J&J is in the way of their evil plans!

Why would they discard it when it could be sold to NGOs and used in third world countries?

Because the FDA was involved and if they didn't didn't discard it, the facility would not have been allowed to continue manufacturing any kind of drugs or vaccines.
