Not unless President Trump decides that's the way to go.
So far, he seems to be focused on taking over the Republican Party and getting rid of the rhinos. This makes sense to me. Why reinvent the wheel when you've got an organization with all the necessary operating functions/systems, whose only problem is the corrupt people occupying all the operating positions? Just get rid of the Black Hats and install White Hats. Ready to Roll.
Starting a brand new party takes massive time, massive effort, and massive support. Look at the trajectory of new parties in America -- including Teddy Roosevelt's Bull Moose Party.
This seems in line with Trump's business philosophy -- In addition to building new stuff (like the Trump Tower), he's a guy who likes to acquire beautiful old buildings and restore them to their former glory. (Like the Old Post Office here in DC that was virtually abandoned and falling apart.) I think he's doing the latter with the Republican Party.
