The problem with these woke Fortune 500 companies is that they are controlled by people who have never run a small business and lived small business problems. They were brought in fresh from a Haaarvaaard school room and put in the board room without any real world experience. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE MONEY. IT'S ALL ABOUT SOCIAL JUSTICE WHICH WAS INDOCTRINATED INTO THEM. I would gladly put my entire retirement account into Coke if they put my very well off community college educated plumber in charge.

The global corporations are being coerced from the "top", meaning the global non government organizations World Economic Forum, World Bank Group, International Monetary Fund - to become more social justicy to get a high "ESG Score". If they don't comply, they'll be advising all investors to stay away, and lower their credit score, cut off loans, etc. It's like sanctions but without any legal accountability
