I never had kids. Didn’t want them and physically can’t have them anyway due to fibroids. I never did understand women who want kids so bad they have them and then go to work during the children’s formative years!? My sis in law had my nephew 8 weeks early. He survived and was way behind other kids and instead of staying home w him she went back to work and he was watched by my parents but my bro n sis in law decided to put him into Goddard school at 1.5 years of age! She then got oral cancer brought on by the pregnancy(pregnancy lowers your immune system and can trigger illnesses). She went thru radiation n lost part of her tongue. She then gets pregnant again and cancer came back while she was pregnant. She survived and then 6 weeks after baby was born she went back to work and my dad n mom watched him but then again they decided to send him to Goddard at 2! Why go thru ALL THAT and go back to work instead of raising your own kids???? Boggles my mind!
Wow! What an ordeal!! Thanks for sharing that. Yeah.. I really don't understand what people are thinking. I have a bro and sis in law that have two kids under 5. Both work prob 10hrs a day. Now the mom is going back to school at night for her Masters in business. They have a huge house, bmws, etc,etc. Like 'your daughter is 3. You get about 30 min at home with her when you're both tired and it's when she's getting out of the tub and going to sleep.' I think it's demeaning to children and a cruel life to give them.
I mean she told us she cried with her adopted daughter about George Floyd dying of a fentanyl overdose and we all looked past it like "take that libs!"
