Why would the store have a policy about counterfeit bills if this was an isolated incident, and why isn’t the F.B.I. prosecuting those responsible? Isn’t counterfeiting a serious crime? Or maybe it is not for the agent provocateurs working as confidential informants?

The club the George Kirby was a bouncer at with Chavin, the same club that later burned down, was possibly the counterfeiting hub.
