Philadelphia springs to life, Riots erupt. You wont hear it on the news, but were living it.

4-13-21 (Night 1)

About 10:30, 40 shots rang out around Frankford and Solly. They persisted for about 10 minutes. I can smell spent powder from my house.

About 10:45, Call come over scanner, police sent to investigate.

About 10:55, Call declared unfounded. No reason was given.

I couldn't see anything, but could hear the shots and smell powder. I can say based on knowledge of the area, current direction of wind F&S is the wrong location. If i can smell the powder it was north more, closer to the concert venue at pennypack

If you can smell the powder, are you sure it wasn’t fireworks? Black powder vs smokeless gunpowder?

I feel confident in my ability to discern the difference.

It's part of the tactic they use. Bust some shots, drop a pack of black cats, bust some more. Then when the cops come out some kids says about the firework.

when i hear 3 pops in short secession, a brief pause, 4 shots in short secession. thats the gun

the firework they like to use are those packet type, 20-30 in rapid secession. Those fuses are all timed, noone can pull trigger that fast. and they just sound different
