Overpopulation is an interesting problem.

Conservatives like big families that are closely knit because a strong family unit in a country strengthens the country and preserves freedom.

Big families generally mean couples having more than two kids which results in population growth

While I do think that the world's population and especially America's population can still handle a ton more growth, I realize that at some point in the future (it might be a very long way out) there could actually be too many people and the population growth rate at that point could still be very high

My question is what happens at that point?

Do you guys think that maybe we just have to count on the invisible hand of the free market to continue allowing everyone to meet all their needs?

I could imagine this being the case even if we currently can't imagine how that would work given that there will always be new technologies being developed that should enable the production and distribution of resources to continue to match the demand

And btw I hate the idea of population control and I'm 100% down to take the chance that this is not what will happen

I prefer to risk extinction than to restrict freedom, this is just something that's been bothering me lately and I thought I'd let you guys worry about it instead

Most likely the reason all this is being implemented at this particular point in the timeline is because they realize that we're gonna become too aware of it too soon and then they'll never have the chance to enslave us

Which brings me to why they like illegal immigration from third world countries so much, because it waters down the percentage of the population that is aware of what's going on and also weakens families and communities by introducing a ton of people that are not associated with any of the locals and don't even speak the same language making it even more difficult to become connected
