I'm not sure he is, he's just another establishment politician
He did get Brexit done, but I believe purely because he saw it as an opportunity for power. If it had looked like Remain or fighting Brexit would be the better choice, I have no doubt he would do that
What truly conservative principles has he ever espoused? He's in favour of extremem lockdowns, domestic vaccine passports, and has never stood up to any SJW stuff
