If serious, the answer is anyone with an IQ above 70 who has been even remotely paying attention for the last 40 years, and not afraid to employ their basic survival instincts in order to avoid unnecessary drama/undue stress, violence, and/or death because they may be called/labeled a Bolshevik term such as “racist”.
There are others who obviously care too, but for other obvious reasons, that I don’t feel the need to list. Most people already know.
