There are counties in Texas along the Rio Grand that are 90% Democrat (the most Democrat Counties in the entire Nation - and these counties are also 80-90% Mexi-American.... and they either went for Trump - or the VOTE gains by Trump 2020 over Trump 2016 were MASSIVE SWINGS... 40% or more.
