Homeschooling might not be such a bad idea as long as you can get a quality teacher.

You can't have knowledge about everything and its okay to acknowledge that. If you want your kids to become the best than they should learn from the best (you can afford) I think that it would be more beneficial towards my child if I worked 1 hour more so I can afford to pay someone that has more knowledge to explain the subject to them instead of me spending 1 hour more at home trying to explain something which might result in it becoming more difficult for them to understand it.
