I don’t disagree with you. But I can think of at least two places off the top of my head that have a dress code and will deny entry.

  1. “No shirt. No shoes. No service”

  2. literally any restaurant with a three digit price menu.

  1. masks are not a part of normal attire, neither do they have anything to do with covering ur body, it's a personal choice to the same effect as wearing jewelry

  2. they don't want trash screwing up their reputation, not the same as fascist attempts to force Americans to comply
