Honestly the grievance politics have started to convince me that at least half of black people can't actually wrap their minds around equality, and the "protests" these last few years have given me a neutral assessment of white flight rather than judgement. I used to think stuff like this was cringe but the despicable politics of the left have created an open grave where there was once a brief possibility of a peaceful multi-cultural society. Indeed - I would say 55% of white women and 30% of white men can't wrap their minds around equality either. If I were to map that onto the black population I'd modify my original impression to say that 75% of black women and 45% of black men can't seem to handle the nuances of equality
