Infection rate here in Michigan is inflated due to Michigan State University farming students for false positives every two weeks (mandatory to be tested or students aren't allowed in class). The head of the university is a former infectious disease doctor and knows how everything in the medical industry works. He got hired a week or two after MSU first locked down last spring. MSU is located in the Lansing area. This area is basically the hotspot of the country. Coincidence? Not in my opinion.
