My employer was trying to move my job there. It was either move or you are out. It is sad when politics make such an important part of my career decisions. Right now, i am in Texas and only places i’d consider moving would have to be red states.
They have snow in MN and summer lasts like one week. You will not be happy there from a climate perspective, coming from TX. If you are young and single try and get a better job
