That could be if it was a cherry picked body cam. The paramedics did sound pissed. But it didn't seem like the cops meant harm or wanted him to die at least from the video I saw.

I think the video of cops murdering the young guy on his knees in a hallway after screaming they were going to kill him and giving conflicting orders, all while the guy is sobbing and begging for his life, is far more indicative of major problems with police violence and immunity from their actions though.

Look at how the media/websearch treats it. One says he was in a porn store lot to discredit it. I have seen two full bodycams, and they are wrong in many ways on how to deal with this situation. Why did 10+ cops show up? Riding the clock. Not dealing with real crime in Dallas? Why do Tony's rights mean nothing because they talked to his mom. Why does the cop do chest compressions instead of the ambulance crew that seems to have a diversity hire rookie that sits there looking stupid? 5 minutes before the end at least before chest compressions were started the paramedic said he was dead.

I don't disagree with any of that. I'm just saying this seems to have been gross negligence rather than intended harm or murder. At least from what I saw.

Yes, they should be liable for damages and even charged with low level homicide for the negligence. But, there are other instances, like the one I mentioned, or even Waco or Ruby Ridge where it wasn't negligence, the mission and entire intent was to murder people.

I'm not saying this wasn't bad or that they shouldn't be held accountable. Just saying there are significantly more egregious examples of police murder and misconduct. In my opinion anyways.

I agree with you on the cases you brought up. I want the media to report about Tony Timpa as much as they do about George Floyd. Tony was innocent. George was not. I would say the cops had no fucks to give about Tony. I do not get that from the George Floyd bodycams. Tony had two cops on his back for twice as long. The narrative makes headlines, reality is remembered.
