I don't disagree with any of that. I'm just saying this seems to have been gross negligence rather than intended harm or murder. At least from what I saw.

Yes, they should be liable for damages and even charged with low level homicide for the negligence. But, there are other instances, like the one I mentioned, or even Waco or Ruby Ridge where it wasn't negligence, the mission and entire intent was to murder people.

I'm not saying this wasn't bad or that they shouldn't be held accountable. Just saying there are significantly more egregious examples of police murder and misconduct. In my opinion anyways.

I agree with you on the cases you brought up. I want the media to report about Tony Timpa as much as they do about George Floyd. Tony was innocent. George was not. I would say the cops had no fucks to give about Tony. I do not get that from the George Floyd bodycams. Tony had two cops on his back for twice as long. The narrative makes headlines, reality is remembered.
