I’m a fat old lady, and I sometimes wear my InfoWars tshirt out of the house - but only because the only people who’d recognise it as an InfoWars tshirt are fellow travellers 😎

I know your old, but don’t be fat. We want, and need you around as long as possible. Start wasting healthier slowly but surely, and start walking 15 minutes a day at a slow pace until you build up.

Good advice. I've always been in good shape but a few years ago I noticed my swim trunks were very tight. I had gained about 25 pounds without even thinking about it.

I found that after a week or so of restricting my calorie intake, it became a fun challenge. I actually enjoyed denying myself the sugary snacks I had been eating.

The first week sucks though because I was just constantly craving chocolate, but after a week the cravings diminished almost entirely.

Yeah, and you can still treat yourself once a week. The thing is when you eat healthy most of the time, when you do finally treat yourself, you enjoy it so much more because it’s actually special and more of a rare event. That’s my experience anyway.
