I ran into a similar situation with the company I work for. You can claim a religious exemption under title 7 of the civil rights act or just lie about it and the company can’t ask for medical proof of vaccination (source: cdc).
Ain't this some telling bullshit from the CDC website:
"Whether vaccination is at the workplace or in the community, employers should: Offer flexible, non-punitive sick leave options (e.g., paid sick leave) for employees with signs and symptoms after vaccination."
If they got vaccinated, and the vaccine works, and the vaccine is safe, why the hell do they need paid sick leave?!
I need help, I feel like I’m about to be fired for refusing the vaccine so I just told them I would do it but have no intentions to
Edit: thanks for the comments, weighing all options
