The guys BS excuse was "Whataboutery". As if pointing out the SAME org in the same short timeframe treated two very different levels of crime very differently is "Whataboutery"
Republicans have been beat into submission over the years with Bolshevik tactics. They (being the opposition) have slowly pushed to make any thought you have socially unacceptable. It started with “Don’t say anything bad about Obama and his policy or you’re racist” and it just rolled downhill from there. So now you have people who won’t stand for their ideals because they feel like the world is against them when in reality Twitter blue badges and “fact” checkers are a HUGE minority. Hell you would think IF the “insurrection” was such a huge deal and Congress cared at all they would look in a mirror and go...”hm, our approval is like 13% and that’s probably fake. People literally showed up on the doorstep. Maybe we should change.” The fact that they blame it on We The People shows where their interest lie and that should piss everyone off.
