Eric Nelson asked the judge for an acquittal due to lack of consistency from the prosecution's witnesses and the judge denied this motion. Also Morries Hall has pleaded the 5th because if Chauvin is acquitted he is fearful they will come for him.

I think it should go to a jury...they may botch it with their ruling but if the Judge were to toss all hell would break loose. Let the system work
