He does a show w/EVS That Star Wars Girl Jon Malin....he's a nut. that looks like a dead ringer for Cecil in that slide,
Oh sorry. I’m a fan of the podcast “Welcome to Night Vale”. Cecil is the main character. Night Vale is a town in the middle of the desert where all the weird conspiracies and such as well as horrible nightmares monsters Are all real and very common place and are treated very mundanely.
