Oh that is fucking genius. Yes, she reached age of majority before going but at some point in time she was a minor and therefore it is a problem.

I guess everyone who drinks or sells alcohol to anyone is guilty of selling alcohol to a former minor. Holy crap, even communists weren't this clever.

If everyone is a criminal then no one is guilty.
