Impeachment is just an indictment by the house. He wouldn't have the votes to be removed from office by the senate, but just like President Trump, Clinton, etc he could end up with an Impeachment on his record.

Go through the legal processes the way President Trump did, so well that they couldn't find any dirt from his pre-presidential life I might add, and continue to look outside the legal system for solutions to society, like Project Veritas is doing.
