Reparations = compensating all private businesses for damage & theft of property, as well as compensating local communities for burned & looted buildings, cost of police presence during riots, & compensation for medical treatment of everyone injured during riots. These reparations will be paid by blacks in general, all current & former members or followers of Black Lives Matter, & all registered Democrats.
