The issue at this point is that they might not be able to prove who won in some of these states. Lets say AZ finds out 20000 dead ppl voted. Well we won't know who those ppl voted for b/c the ballots are separate from the envelopes. They can't go in and say okay these ppl actually voted for Biden or Trump. If that happens the most they can do is say that they don't know who won and take those electors out all together. Which is still a good thing b/c getting Biden under 270 is still good. Doesn't mean those electors will go to Trump.
I don't understand your point. I didn't say they lawfully won. I'm pointing out the fact that we might not be able to prove who won. The ballots are separated from the envelopes and all identifying info. So if they find out that 20000 illegals voted. Yeah we can make an educated guess who they voted for but we won't know for sure. The State can still declare the results fraudulent tho.
If the legislatures believe Trump won why haven't they stated that. They sent another set of electors but as far as I know the SL in AZ have accepted the certification. The main reason they are doing any sort of audit is b/c ppl are putting pressure on them.

Maybe by then they'll have the four new SCOTUS judges who will declare voting is racist and unconstitutional.
I doubt they get those judges unless they end the filibuster. Which their are at least a few dems that won't vote for it.

I believe the state legislature voted for Trump right? So it seems to me that the Congress illegally certified the election.
They sent a set of Trump electors but the state certified Biden's. Biden's electors were the ones that were always going to be counted.
As far as I understand the Governor sent a fake board of electors. The electors are legally chosen by the legislature.
