Great... This is probably 1 of 3 things.

#1. As the Fed is technically independent and they can't just order them arround, this is signaling or a threat to do what they want since they may not be playing ball as they want and they're not comfortable with their pants down. Quite frankly Trump would be facing this issue too were he rightfully in charge. The Fed is in a very precarious situation of damned if you do damned if you don't, if they raise now they risk a crash blaimed on them. If they don't well it seems even Democrats are worried.

#2. They need a new disaster with a new boogeyman as the virus winds down and they can't take any more of blm converting people to our side. Maybe even a boogeyman that can seemingly "unite" the country while allowing political insiders to gain power and riches fighting said "enemy".

#3. They want to cause an economic crash as a means to consolidate more power FDR style and get rich with insider knowledge via shorting etc.

Ultimately depends on who's in charge of the whole charade.
