Also, the time to disagree with the cops is in the court. On site, disagree verbally.

Wrong answer. Say nothing to the cops, period. Once he's decided you're being detained, you aren't talking him out of it.

That's true.

I had a cop stop me for "34 in a 30" = more than 10% above speed limit. $279 ticket.

I didn't answer any questions - where are you coming from, do you know how fast you were going. However, when he said he's concerned about the safety of the children - it was 1:30 AM on an empty street - I walked around the car using my hands like binoculars.

Me: "What children?"
