No, that’s not exactly the whole story. First off, this claim was made about a 17 year period from 2000 - 2017 and there’s no actual evidence to back it up.
Even if we assume that’s correct, there were 10 billion doses administered over that period. 10 billion! If your plan were to kill off the population, those would be rookie numbers and wouldn’t even put a dent in the birthrate of those third world countries.
Also, the numbers of actual polio cases associated with the most recent rollout of a vaccine were very low and definitely wouldn’t be considered all “across Africa” in that respect. You could multiply the actual recorded, vaccine related, polio cases of 1 in 2.7 million by tens of thousands and not even begin to slow the population in those countries.
Same goes for sterilization. It’s just in the cards as an ulterior motive. This doesn’t mean Gates is trustworthy, but in many parts of Africa this guy is a fucking god and they absolutely adore him because these same vaccines also stop lots of unnecessary suffering.
Considering the population and the birthrate, it would have to be millions upon millions of sterilized people to even think of making a difference in that aspect. Dude has a creepy, manipulative aura, but his ulterior motive resides in a different light.
Look here in America where black kids are taken good care of and all survive unless aborted...
