Not obeying law enforcement commands is not grounds for lethal force. At least not in this country. There must be a reasonable belief lethal force is needed to prevent death or serious bodily injury. Some fanciful scenario where she's a suicide bomber doesn't qualify.

The threat she posed is precisely why she was shot - not the act of trespassing but the threat, she kept coming knowing her life was in danger, WHY does a person do that?
