That’s not hard to achieve. For several reasons. Not only is it a relatively small number, but it’s particularly easy because most black people are religious. You educate them that democrats are anti God, then that’s pretty much the end.

That's not true when hispanics outbreed blacks by miles and they import foreigners for votes.
