I think I just heard that she's (quota hire? possibly) a 'firearms instructor'.

She even yells 'Taser' before skinning her smokewagon, instead.

Stress ... of a real street encounter, -- not everyone is made for it.

(Spez: vetted at some non-link lefty sites. 26 year veteran of the force, head of her police union, force training instructor. -- This is shit-can-happen-to-anyone, but Muh Race-Card and Fvck You if you were born 'white'.)

I wouldn't be surprised if they lowered the training standards in order to get more women on the fast track to a very dangerous job. This woman cop can have a good case for herself if they failed her in training in order to put her in a job she's not qualified for. Job requirements are for the safety of the job applicants as much as for the other people an unqualified worker may harm.

I worked as a tech rep for Xerox in the 70's. They hired a black kid who could repair a cut finger. Turns out he was the only applicant and he failed the comprehension test. I went behind him for years fixing his shitty machines while the rest of us were held to higher standards with ours. The 70's was the beginning of the affirmative action process and Xerox stock...well..."NUFF SAID!
