Manslaughter is premeditated though and anyone who has seen the cam knows it wasn't. This is either a police need better training thing, which budget cuts obviously won't fix, or a woman shouldn't be cops thing. By trying to convict her of a trumped up charge the left is trying a repeat of the Chouven trial. They just want more riots and destruction of the west.

Read the article, that's the claim that a cop for 25 years wouldn't make that mistake so therefore she meant to. When in reality she just grabbed the wrong tool.
