This is the wave of the future.. 2FA, 3FA and even 4FA authentication. I received an email from my stock exchange stating this as well after i tried to make a deposit from my bank. As soon as they have your facial telemetry down, or whatev they call it, you are forever scarred.

The minute you should become worried is when a questionable website (porn, gambling, etc) makes you do this. I hate to say "keep on the safe side," but this is what its coming to. If they can verify your visit to a questionable site, there is prob a greater chance of consequences legal or social.

You're right but why do we keep moving the goal posts?

The minute you should become worried is when a questionable website (porn, gambling, etc) makes you do this.

We should be more than worried right now. Stolen elections, vaccination passports, unconstitutional lockdowns and massive big tech censorship and spying. I could go on, things have changed so much and so quick in this country, I don't even recognize what America has become.

20 years ago was the time to be worried.

I've lived in China, I've seen all this before.

You are absolutely right, however the mainstream has not entirely latched onto this yet. FB may be doing it, but my point is you should be worried if questionable sites start to. To me, this is indication that someone (gov) is on them to report certain things.. If social credit score becomes a thing, the first sites you dont authenticate are the ones that would possibly get you in trouble.
