They don't have to. There are enough idiots out there. I'm pretty sure even our post history on here is full of special things that can get taken out of context. This is where the conspiracy theory people get it wrong: the swamp creatures generally don't have to flase-flag things in the strict sense, just pick a dummy and give him a stick of dynamite or just look the other way until the dummy does something stupid.
