She’s an idiot and should never be on the force again but it’s not manslaughter when the “victim” forces your hand. Cops have these protections exactly for instances like this. If he was wrestling with them and fell off a cliff, sure the cop is ill trained for not subduing them correctly, but that’s not manslaughter because the guy was acting like a fool and got what was coming. He had multiple illegal firearm warrants out and was trying to get into his car so you could even argue the cop was right to shoot him even if they meant to.
