ETA: If women somehow manage to avoid this consequence of true equality well then, all the men should identify as women. In order to be a 'woman' nowadays you don't need to chop your dick off or take hormones to 'prove' your delusion, you just have to 'identify' as such.

So if the draft is triggered (and it likely will be if they take on Russia ,TPTB want a world war for all sorts of reasons, not least to distract from their criminality and reduce the poplulation), you can now get out of it by claiming you are a woman.

Unless they draft women too (and they likely will have to at some point) you'll be safe for a while.
